Throughout the year, Montessori Learning Center participates in various fundraisers to promote community involvement and help offset the costs of operation so that the tuition rates may remain accessible to all families. Parent participation is not mandatory, but greatly appreciated! It is one of the many ways to become involved in your child’s school.
First Annual Building the Future Together

Please join us Friday, October 6, from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at Watervue, Fort Walton Beach for our first annual Building the Future Together event benefiting Montessori Learning Center.
We will have live music, local food vendors, raffle and more! You could win a 5-night stay at a local beachfront property! Tickets are $125 and include dinner, open bar, and entrance into the raffle. Check and Venmo (@FWBMLC) accepted.

Second Annual Turkey Trot, Fun Run & Gobble Wobble
On behalf of the Fundraising Committee and The Montessori Learning Center as a whole, THANK YOU to our nearly 200 virtual and in-person runners who participated in our 2nd annual Turkey Trot! With mindful attention to public safety, our team was able to execute a fun Fall-themed event that helped our school raise nearly $18k in net proceeds towards our expansion effort! The efforts of our fundraising team, and our incredible local sponsors made this event possible and we are so grateful! Thank you for cooperating with our COVID-19 mitigation efforts and sharing a gorgeous November morning with us on the 5k course. Taste of Spain

The Montessori Learning Center (MLC) is thrilled to announce their 2nd Annual Drive Up Taste of Spain! MLC’s ambitious expansion effort is well underway and all net proceeds from this event directly benefit our future campus! Enjoy the rich flavors of Spain with Paella prepared live on site! As always, the talented chefs from Real Paella will prepare three options to suit all tastes and diet preferences. The Classic and ever popular seafood, chicken/pork, and vegetarian offerings round out the menu at $35/plate or $60 for two. Each plate purchased includes one automatic entry into our drawing for cash and prizes.
Spirit Night
A few times a year we have a spirit night at a local restaurant to support the community. Come out and enjoy the fun. We thank all of our restaurants including Tijuana Flats, Sonny’s, McAlister’s Deli, Taco Town for their support and generous donations.
