Parents, please initial each of the following statements:

The curriculum fee for the 2025-2026 school year will be withdrawn July 19th 2025 are as follows: $150 for Preschool $250 for Kindergarten & Lower Elementary

I understand if my child elects to participate in Friday Lunches an August payment for the 1st Semester and December payment for the 2nd semester will be collected.

Please be advised any fees that are not covered by scholarship are the responsibility of the child’s family. This may be collected by lump sum or monthly payment.

Once a scholarship has been awarded to a family the award ID and amount awarded must be turned in to the school.

I (we) acknowledge receipt of registration agreement and agree to pay tuition when due, and further agree to be responsible for attorney fees and any and all costs associated with the collection of delinquent tuition. Please sign below:
